What the site collects, and what it does not

The app itself

The SC Trade app sends nothing to this site.

It goes online only for UEX data (api.uexcorp.uk). Everything is worked out on your computer.

The settings, your prices and your trips stay on your disk: %APPDATA%\com.sctrade.app. The logs are in %LOCALAPPDATA%\com.sctrade.app\logs.

The feedback form

Through the form you send what you typed and attached: the text of the message, the contact if you gave one, the pictures and the log file.

The language of the page, the time the form was shown and a hidden field that a person leaves empty go with them: the time and that field are used to filter out robots.

The app's log file holds folder paths with your Windows user name, the Windows version, the screen size, terminal identifiers and prices, the names of the keys you assigned, and the number of the window that had the keyboard before the app's window took it. It holds no titles of other windows and no names or numbers of other processes.

Only the author sees the messages and the files attached to them. They are kept for up to 180 days, or deleted earlier at your request.

What the server sees

As on any site, your IP address and the headers your browser sends reach the server with every request.

They are not stored with a message.

The address stays for a short time in two places: in the server's error log, for up to 30 days, and in the rate limiter, for up to a day. The limiter keeps one address from writing too often and from guessing the password of the author's service page.

Analytics on the site

The site has no analytics. Its pages load no counters and no third-party scripts, and set no cookies.

Who holds the data, and how to reach him

The data is held by the author of the site and the app: mob5ter.
